This is the second CD by Mobilia on Leo Records: this time they invited to the recording session a brilliant trumpet player Luca Aquino whose lyricism adds a lot to the robust sound of Swedish Mobilia.

The sound of "Did you hear something?" is totally unique —a natural evolution of Swedish Mobilia's language. Their music can be fierce and sweet, delicate and extreme at the same time. It is totally Improvised, yet it sounds as if it was meticulously rehearsed.

All Music by SwedishMobilia + Luca Aquino (1,3,5,7)

Luca Aquino trumpet, flugelhorn + live electronic

Andrea Bolzoni guit + live electronic

Dario Miranda bass + live electronic

Daniele Frati drums + percussion

Andrea Bolzoni on guitar, Daniele Frati on drums, Dario Miranda on bass (remember Dario Miranda on Telegraph - CD LR 611)

Astonishing sounds from the basement.

Swedish Mobilia: "Knife, fork and spoon are twangling in the kitchen. Silence is knocking on the door. Swedish Mobilia's music is totally improvised 'cause Music is about listening".

The genre of these three Italians has no name yet, for the music moves between rock, jazz, classical and experimental music peppered by electronics. In latin mobilia means "objects in movements". Movement is the essence of their music.

"Telegraph" is a trio formed by Giovanni Francesca (guitar and live electronics), Dario Miranda (bass, el-bass, kalimba, shruti box and live electronics) and Aldo Galasso (drums). The CD is the result of their ten-year collaboration. The music of the trio is hard to categorise, for it moves between rock, jazz, classical and experimental music all filtered through live electronics. These musicians are trying to find a more personal and aggressive sound while retaining the haunting quality of their music.
